This page explains what personal information GCP collects on gcpwork.com, why, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Order details: products bought, amount, invoice and payment reference from Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's page and never reach us.

Software activation: the Machine ID of the computer you activate, so the license works on that computer.

Video invitations: the names, dates, text, photos and song you add in the editor.

Technical data: your IP address and browser information in server logs, used for security.

2. Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, send invoices and download links, give support, prevent fraud and meet tax and legal duties.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Who we share it with

Razorpay, to process payments, and our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data in a secure server. We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work: your login session, cart, and language choice. No advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept as long as your account is open and as tax law requires.

Invitation photos and songs: unpaid drafts are deleted after 30 days; paid projects are deleted 90 days after payment.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile in your account. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, write to support@gcpwork.com. Records we must keep by law (such as invoices) are kept even after deletion.
