Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use gcpwork.com or buy anything from it. The website is run by GCP ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

Software licenses (activated on one computer per order unless the product page says otherwise), digital project files, and online video invitations (an MP4 file you make in our editor).

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped by post.

2. Your account

Please give a correct name and email address. Download links, invoices and license help are sent to that email.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the product page and in the cart. Payment is taken online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).

An order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

4. Delivery

After payment, the download or activation is available straight away in your account under Orders, and a link is emailed to you.

Video invitations: you can download the video without watermark up to 5 times within 90 days of payment. After that the project and its photos are deleted.

5. License and fair use

Software and project files are licensed to you for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or upload them elsewhere, or try to bypass the activation.

For video invitations you must have the right to use the photos, names and music you upload. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful or someone else's copyrighted work without permission. You may share the finished video freely with your guests.

6. Our responsibility

We test our products, but they are provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect loss (such as lost data or business). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

8. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh.
